Sourcing and Selection
We begin by sourcing the finest coconut shells from sustainable plantations. These shells are carefully selected to ensure they are of the highest quality and free from impurities.

Drying
The collected coconut shells are thoroughly dried to reduce moisture content. This step is crucial for ensuring efficient carbonization and producing high-quality briquettes.

Carbonization
The dried coconut shells are then placed in carbonization chambers or kilns. Under controlled temperature and oxygen conditions, the shells undergo a process of pyrolysis, converting them into charcoal. This process removes volatile matter and impurities, resulting in a high-carbon content product.

Crushing and Screening
The carbonized material is crushed and screened to achieve the desired particle size. This step ensures uniformity in the briquettes and optimizes their burning properties.

Mixing and Binding
The crushed charcoal is mixed with a natural binder, such as strach or clay. This binding agent helps to hold the briquettes together during the forming process.

Molding and Pressing

Master Box
This large master box is designed to hold and protect your charcoal briquettes, which are packaged in smaller inner boxes, during shipping and storage.
Available in sizes: 10 kg, 12 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg. The box is printed with your brand. Customers usually use both (inner box 1kg and master box 10kg), but there are also customers who just request a master box without an inner box included, so we put the products in bulk.
Inner Box
Our inner boxes can be customized to feature your logo and branding, creating a unique and professional look for your charcoal briquettes. Contact us to discuss your custom design needs.
An inner box is a small box that fills briquettes about 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, etc. While the master box is a big box that fills briquettes for around 10kg, 12kg, 15kg, 20kg, etc.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 container 18 tons (20″ft). Contact us for discuss your needs with our team to determine the optimal MOQ for your business.
We ensure secure transactions with T/T and L/C payment methods. A 50% deposit confirms your order and starts production. The final 50% is processed upon production completion.
